Veterans Memorial Railroad in Bristol, Florida
The Veterans Memorial Railroad is a restored 1950s National Amusement Device 24" gauge "Century Flyer" trainset. The train, which is located in Veterans Memorial Park in Bristol, Florida welcomes visitors with prior notification. Also, there are planned events when the public is eagerly invited to attend. The railroad, begun in 2001 and opened in December 2002, has more than 2700 feet of track completed along with a tunnel. The ride-on train is tons of fun and member John is serving as the group's new president. Our hats off to John!
